About Us

The aims of FBRA are to safeguard, promote and represent the interests of all residents of the area and to work towards improving the quality of life for local people and the community.

Further, it endeavours to enable and encourage all residents to take an active part in local affairs and to assist and promote social activities for recreation and enjoyment whilst encouraging a community spirit and sense of responsibility. FBRA is non political in any of its aims.

The Association came to its current form following an AGM on the 25th January 2009 and subsequent decisions made at a meeting of the Executive Committee held on 25th February 2009.

Bringing together not just the new Association but also that of Gyllyngvase & Swanpool Residents' Association which was originally formed in 1992.

It was agreed that the new association should be called The Falmouth Bay Residents' Association (FBRA) and cover an area currently defined on the map shown by clicking on the link below. The current constitution is also available by clicking on the link below.
